We're hiring all of the following positions for our new restaurant in Miami Beach. Previous restaurant experience is required. SafeStaff Certification required for all candidates. Payment is based off of experience. Please specify which position you're applying for upon response.
Line Cook: Prepare food per Executive Chefs recipes. Cook line items in a high speed environment. Plate all items according to direction. Clean work space and storage areas.
Barista: Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, sodas, tea, beer, and wine. Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment clean service and seating areas. Understand the pairing of the craft beer and wine selection with the menu.
Server: Ensure patrons have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service. Servers work in the front of house, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and removing tableware from the table in a timely manner. Servers must be able to properly describe and regular menu items as well as specials.
Busser: Clean tables, take plates, utensils, Drinkware and flatware to kitchen to be cleaned. Make sure diners water glasses are full, and reset tables for the next service. Provide barista with any assistance required.
