SERVERS
We have an amazing opportunity for experienced servers to join our team. If you are someone who enjoys working in a high energy environment, interacting with many people, and has a passion for hospitality, then we have a place for you.
As a server, you will be expected to:
1. Serve multiple tables, as determined by management.
2. Describe menu features as needed, including menu changes and daily additions/specials.
3. Upsell alcohol and food items.
4. Oversee table maintenance, coordinate service at the table with support staff.
5. Use a computer to ring orders on a check.
6. Ensure that seat numbers are labeled properly on ticket orders.
7. Interact with guests in a friendly, engaging, efficient manner.
8. Accept different types of payment and make change.
9. Maintain specific sections and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
10. Help to clear and reset tables.
11. Check identification of guests to ensure that they are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages.
12. Refuse to serve alcoholic beverages in a polite way to guests who are not of legal age.
13. Treat guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction.
14. Other duties as directed.
We seek servers with the following qualifications:
1. 2 years minimum experience in high volume, upscale establishments;
2. Basic mathematical skills;
3. Basic reading and writing skills;
4. Basic computer skills;
5. Excellent communication skills;
6. Must be multi-task oriented;
7. Knowledge of workplace safety procedures;
8. Must be able to suggestively sell food and beverage items;
9. Must be of legal age according to state regulations to serve alcohol.
Requirements:
1. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
2. Must be eligible to work in the USA.
3. Must have own form of reliable transportation.
4. Must possess formal dining and basic wine knowledge.
Compensation includes salary plus tips.
BARTENDERS
We have an amazing opportunity for experienced bartenders to join our team. If you are someone who enjoys working in a high energy environment, interacting with many people, and has a passion for hospitality, then we have a place for you.
As a bartender you will be expected to:
1. Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
2. Interact with customers, take food and drink orders.
3. Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
4. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
5. Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
6. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
7. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
8. Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
9. Take responsibility for the accurate inventory of all beverage products on a daily basis.
10. Have hair pulled back or restrained.
11. Collect payment and ensure proper food delivery to the customer.
12. Always keep moving.
13. Ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional.
14. Welcome and acknowledge all guests and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
We seek bartenders with the following qualifications:
1. Must have at least 2 years of bartending/mixology experience;
2. Knowledge of specific drinks and wines;
3. Basic mathematical skills;
4. Basic reading and writing skills;
5. Basic computer skills;
6. Must be multi-task oriented;
7. Knowledge of workplace safety procedures;
8. Must be able to suggestively sell food and beverage items;
9. Must be of legal age according to state regulations to serve alcohol;
10. Excellent communication skills;
11. Highest commitment to customer service and attention to detail.
