We are looking for a Maitre'd to join our team and be the face and main point of contact for our guests.
Job Brief:
Maitre'd responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to their seats. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests to the venue
Providing accurate wait times to walk ins and monitoring reservations
Escort customers to their seats based upon reservations
Coordinate with staff about available seating options
Pouring water for customers & taking drink orders
Provide menus and announce Chef's name
Set and clear tables in between seatings
Greet customers upon their departure
Maintain a clean reception area
Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
Address customers queries
Prepare checks for customers
Requirements:
Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess or Maitre'D
Understanding of restaurant etiquette

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to provide a unique opportunity for guests to enjoy specially crafted cocktails, beer or sake with their Omakase.
Responsibilities
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

Sushi Chef responsibilities include handling a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients, managing food stock and working with an attention to detail to fulfill all orders within quality standards. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with Japanese cuisine and be available to work during our opening hours.
Ultimately, you will help us establish our reputation as one of the best sushi bars in the area and increase our clientele.
Responsibilities
Prepare all types of sushi, including nigiri, sashimi & handrolls
Add additional flavors with ginger, rice vinegar, wasabi and soy sauce, when appropriate
Manage food prep activities, like boiling rice and cutting fish
Coordinate with our wait staff to ensure proper cooking, considering special requests and food allergies
Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed
Preparing and executing of catering orders
Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean your space at the end of the shift
Requirements
Work experience as a Sushi Chef or at an Asian restaurant
Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques
Ability to work both fast and accurately
Team spirit

Certification from a culinary school is a plus
