Home Health Agency is seeking a kind, caring and Patience caregivers (HHA/CNA) with a positive attitude and excellent work ethics. Experience of Caring for patients with Dementia. Must speak Portuguese and English willing to start immediately.
HHAs provide support with activities of daily living and personal care services to patients.
Job Responsibilities:
Personal care assistance which includes personal hygiene and dressing
Perform domestic and household tasks (lighthouse keeping)
Document and report progress of patient's health and condition
Provide companionship and basic emotional support

Professional Liability Insurance
Florida Driver's License/Florida ID Card
Auto Insurance Card
CPR Card
Proof of residency or Citizenship -Legal Resident: Permanent Resident Card or Work Visa -Citizen: Voters Registration, Passport, or Birth Certificate
HIV / AIDS and Assist with Self Medication training certificate
Physical Exam (completed within the LAST 6 Months) stating that the registrant is free of all communicable diseases
Level 2 Background Screening that is in compliance with AHCA
