$40/hr - NEED SAME DAY LICENSED ELECTRICIAN - SOUTH BEACH - LONG TERM WORK
For our South Beach condo, we are looking for a licensed electrician today (must have license) to just help relocate an outlet and change a bunch of switches to new black plastic faces.
We have a general refurb team on site, and they said it’s 3-4 hours or a half day work.
While here we want to also discuss light fixture changes and bigger bathroom renovations and installation of a washer / dryer, which will be more work tomorrow and next week.
We are buying many rental properties in Miami, so LONG TERM WORK is available.
We want someone today asap to finish this for our kitchen.
$40/hr. Must be licensed and do everything to code
