Seeking a skilled and reliable candidate to interview for the above position for a residential community in Lauderhill, FL
Responsibilities include:
Various cleaning functions and light maintenance.
Receives written work orders and verbal instructions from supervisor.
Cleans areas of the building; including dusting, sweeping, mopping.
Maintains common areas and keeps the free from debris and trash.
Performs other duties, as assigned.
Full time [40 Hours] per week Monday - Friday - Day time/ Benefits
Requirements:
Must be hard worker, responsible, detailed, organized and dependable.
Requires physical labor.
Must be Responsible, reliable, neat, and pleasant.
Must pass a Drug Test.
Non-Smoking Community.
