Rapidly growing cleaning company is looking for a cleaner that can handle some dirty work. Looking for a Cleaner(s) to take care of commercial facilities and carry out cleaning duties.Clients range from large, multi-story office buildings to small facilities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a welcoming environment through good hygiene. Weâre looking for a cleaning specialist who will exceed client expectations, ensuring that all bathrooms are sparkling, floors are spotless and trash is removed on schedule. Description
Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, trash removal etc)
Performing and documenting routine inspection
Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects (when needed)
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements
Must be reliable and have transportation
Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
Excellent organizational skills a must
Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
Although there are different contracts available, two contracts available immediately:
MWF after 5pm in Hollywood, FL 33021
WF after 5pm in Davie, FL 33020
