Family Law (Non-Attorney) Assistance Needed
Location:
Home in West Davie, FL
Situation:
My sons mother has alienated me, once again, from my 14-1/2 year old boy for over 2 months now, all summer.
She is currently in Contempt of Court for defying a valid court order and final judgment.
The cost of an Attorney again is not an option this time.
Responsibilities:
To assist me with all the court forms for filing of my motions, receiving their motions, hearings, transcripts, research, policies, subpoenas, summons, calls, and procedures.
Must meet deadlines.
Organizing my files and evidence.
Requirements:
Previous knowledge or experience in family law, family court, child custody & child support experience.
Prompt, responsive assistance to guide me through the Broward County Family Court process with court system forms, policies, procedures.
MUST meet deadlines.
Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
Must know Word, Excel, and Spreadsheets.
Seeking a friendly, helpful, experienced, knowledgeable and detailed teammate.
Please provide any experience or previous cases you may have experienced with alienating mothers that just wont share their child, as court ordered.
Even better, if you have experienced working with narcissistic, alienating, malicious mother syndrome.
