Entrepreneur looking for an experienced Associate litigator, or a solo practitioner that wants to supplement their practice with a steady stream of work, that knows there way around a court room, those that are intimidated or have little or no experience in the court room need not apply. Have an experienced paralegal that does most of the background work and pleadings prepared for the applicant to review and edit as they deem appropriate. Work involves some collection cases where Judgments are already in place where the defendants are collectible. Other work involves legal malpractice, wherein the Courts have determined on the record that the lawyer committed Malpractice, that case has over 10M in damages, need an attorney that understands like any profession, there are incompetent people practicing that should not. Some cases are on going and need to be managed. Pay is on a monthly retainer basis, w additional compensation based on Success and will be discussed more in detail in person and or phone being what we are all dealing with these days. Looking for competent, good natured, detailed individual, that is loyal and doesn't cut and run, that has the tenacity to stay the course, that can mix it up when needed, and comes prepared for the court room fight if confronted by an adversary that might not play by the rules. Flexible schedule, long term work for the right person. Can be remotely accessed. Looking to retain that person, and with that also refer them to my friends for additional work.
