We are looking for shipping clerk for a flower company for AM shift to work effectively and efficiently in a dispatch and warehouse environment to receive and schedule shipping and freight operations, including developing a working knowledge of warehouse organization and creating proper and detailed shipping documentation. Works with shipping and warehouse team to ensure customer satisfaction.
The employee must be able to work in temperatures of 34º-60º F
Must be BILINGUAL
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A FLOWER DISTRIBUTION COMPANY, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
The shift is monday to friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Every other week must be available to work Saturday and sunday.
PC Skills
Must have previous experience as shipping and receiving clerk in a refrigerated warehouse.
Make notations for short on trip tickets for drivers
Pick up and track down pick tickets
Reply to all emails which requests special deliveries
Email summary route information including
Assign orders to all available selectors
Print pout shipping labels and pick tickets for the selectors
Provide product location to the selectors when needed
Do repacking, global substitutions throughout the night to meet all orders
