Join our growing Wellness and marketing company selling and educating the public about the nutritional supplement - Hemp CBD. Across the nation we supply products to Businesses, Stores, Chiropractors, Veterinarians, Doctors, etc.

Become part of our tribe where we have Meditation, Yoga, wellness courses and seminars about CBD and healing.

We are seeking a long term, career minded person to help manage a growing office and our small store. The Assistant will help organize and coordinate office administration and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. An energetic professional who doesnt mind wearing multiple hats while handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and is able to learn our processes to be able to work independently with little or no supervision.

Must be well organized, flexible and speak, read and write on a professional level. Must be comfortable speaking with prospects and customers on the phone. There is some outbound cold calling and follow up for new customer acquisition. Business casual dress in a relaxed atmosphere.

Our clients enjoy helping their customers and they enjoy making money with our products. We are building a network of clients who re-order every month. We are a customer service based business. We are looking for someone who wants more than a job, someone who wants a career.

A Good Sense of Humor and a Positive Attitude is a Must!

Marketing and Social Marketing Experience preferred-

Must be a self-starter, very organized and able to learn quickly.

The ideal candidate is independent, reliable, and hard working with a can do attitude with prior experience working in an office environment.


All the various duties of running a small office/store plus-

Managing phone and email correspondence

Bookkeeping work using QuickBooks (experience preferred)

Answering phone calls and providing customer support to our customers

Make outbound calls for new customer acquisition

Shipping and receiving

Managing our online business -


Proven office management and administrative assistant experience

Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and planning skills

Proficient in MS Office

Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures

Full Time Position

Compensation $14-$16 (Depending on experience)
