-Real Estate Experience IS A MUST! - Must Be Licensed and Willing to Put License with Our Office - License Doesn't Have to Be Active, But Experience is a Must.
Duties Would Include the Following, But Are Not Limited to:
-Recruiting Agents
-Answer Questions about Contracts
-Answer Any Realtor Related Questions
-Use and Have Knowledge of Our CRM Program
-Onboard Agents
-Plan Monthly Calendar
-Make Plans for Agents to See Developments
-Make Plans for Classes Through Monthly Calendar
-Motivate Agents
-Find Educational Classes to Send Agents
-Social Media Savvy is a Must
Requirements
-English and Spanish Speaking
-English Grammar Must Be Excellent
-Computer Skills Required: Microsoft Office, Apple iOS Systems
-Knowledge of All Social Media Platforms
-Knowledge of All Florida Realtor Contracts, Etc
Hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm With One Hour Lunch
Salary: To Be Determined Based on Skills
