Established Mortgage Company is looking for individuals for the position of Loan Processor. We will train in everything, but we are looking for someone with a positive attitude who can cope with a high pace office. Successful Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
Bilingual
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Strong organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Able to multi-task in a busy office environment.
Preferably a Business Administration or Finance student with basic knowledge of Knowledge of credit fundamentals (e.g. income, credit, collateral)
Analytical skills sufficient to conduct an analysis of applicant's overall borrowing credit, collateral and income status
Knowledge of Fannie Mae DU, automated underwriting systems a plus
Real Estate Experience or Mortgage Experience or License a plus
