Requirements
Previous customer service experience
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Reliable and accurate
Highly organized and motivated
Ability to multi-task, stay productive, and work collaboratively with other office personnel
Knowledge of QuickBooks and Outlook
Responsibilities
Answer all incoming calls and interact with customers
Schedule service appointments
Dispatch service calls to technicians and installers
Perform data entry, filing, and other general office duties
Job Details
Job Type: Full-time (Monday–Friday from 7:30 to 4:30)
Work Location: In person (Miami, FL 33166)
Work Remotely: No
Pay: $20.00 per hour
