Hate traffic and love the outdoors, then this may be the job for you. We are a medium size wholesale foliage plant nursery in need of a full time addition to our team. Work in a very casual, mostly busy and active office environment. Here you often get to leave your desk to view, inspect and take pictures of plants to share with our customers. This is a full time job (Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00).

Job requirements are:

Excellent communication skills. Must speak and write fluent English. Must have neat legible handwriting.

Must have a friendly, positive attitude as you will often be the first contact with our customers.

QuickBooks, Excel and Microsoft Word knowledge preferred. Mac experience a plus. Fast typing a plus.

Must be reliable. With a small office, any absence will be a strain on the rest of the team.

Must be able to multi task. This job entails many different procedures and can be hectic at times.

Ability to keep track of constantly changing inventory.

Social media interaction (Facebook, Instagram, etc) a plus.

Job Description:

Answering phone/customer assistance.

Data entry for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

Emailing and faxing to customers, vendors and truckers.

Order taking.

Filing.

Job entails many callbacks to customers to keep them informed on their order status.

Taking pictures of product to share with customers.

Constantly checking availability and specs of plants.
