Pool Company Construction Coordinator

Daily office duties are as follows:

1 Have the ability to read plans and surveys

2. Debrief with field technicians to ensure service calls are complete

3. Respond to all messages emails received overnight

4. Schedule and coordinate service calls as calls are received

5. Communication with customers to ensure quality service

6. Contact customers with status of jobs and scheduling

7. Maintain scheduling database information and customer files

8. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office

9. Order Materials & Schedule Subcontractors

10. Schedule startups and finals as they are needed

Qualified applicants must be able to have the:

Ability to prioritize and organize effectively

Ability to use applicable software

Extremely well organized and detail oriented

Able to multi task

Ability to communicate professionally with co-workers and customers in person, on the phone and in writing
