Our company is seeking a Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant.
This role requires excellent customer service and telephone skills. The individual will primarily be required to handle telephone, email and other forms of communication with external clients in addition to data entry related tasks. This person's primary responsibility will be client retention and customer follow thru.
Sales & Marketing Administrative responsibilities.

Provides administrative support and ensures efficient communication with clients.

Performs administrative and office duties in a responsible and professional manner.
Handles telephone calls, emails and other correspondence.
Interacts with clients, colleagues, service providers and visitors.
Maintain and organize documents electronically.
Administrative Assistant requirements
Competent in use of Microsoft Word, Excel Google Docs and Outlook. infusionsoft or other CRM is a major plus
Professional handling of telephone calls and timely follow-up with clients.
Capable of working in a deadline-driven, high paced environment.
Ability to organize and maintain digital filing
High attention to detail
