-An individual that has previous experience working reception/admin/customer service at high end spas, salons or in the hospitality industry. Would also consider individuals with experience in high-end/fast paced retail establishments.
-Is familiar with BOOKER Spa & Salon Software
POSITION PROFILE
The Spa Concierge is responsible for providing excellent guest experience as it pertains to greeting, checking in/out spa guests, explanation of services, booking spa appointments, knowledge of retail inventory and retail sales. They perform daily administrative duties as they relate to booking, tracking, charging, handling and inputting spa reservations and retail. This role demand accuracy with daily accounting procedures
