About the company: We sell vacations to people who previously purchased a package from us, or from one of the companies we are contracted with (Wyndham, Diamond, , Etc.)... We convert expired accounts into new packages by doing a number of things to sweeten the deal. We have packages at over 35 locations world wide, cruises, all-inclusive vacations, and tons of beautiful resorts everywhere from Hawaii to Thailand to Belize.
About the position: Fronter's are on a dialer taking calls to find the right person. It is extremely simple, but the right candidate has to be able to stay motivated and speak energetically while on the phone. Rejection comes with any phone job, so being able to push through No's to find a Yes is the name of the game. When you get someone who is qualified on the phone you pass it off to one of our experienced Closers and let them work their magic.
Closers: If you have closed vacation packages before you already know the deal. If you DO NOT have experience with vacation packages but have closed other verticals, WE WILL TRAIN YOU $$$
