We have a commercial building that we are remodeling and looking for a licensed GC to work with. We already have subcontractors selected, and for many of the jobs, my crew and I intend to handle the work. We are looking to hire a GC primarily to obtain the main permits and necessary approvals to submit to the city, overseeing the project.
We are ready to hire and pull permits as soon as possible. It's not a major remodel, and the jobs are straightforward, mostly involving electrical work inside.
