We are seeking a talented Senior Consultant for theInsurance Techonology Consulting Department. This position is eligible for remote work, and/orto work at one of our offices (Santa Monica, CA, Fort Worth, TX, Cincinnati, OH, Jersey City, NJ or Boca Raton, FL).This position reports to the Senior Manager.

What You'll be Doing:
Develop product definition documents, coverage forms, and business specifications for various commercial and personal insurance products
Perform product testing and workflow analysis and report findings to clients
Provide client consultation on topics involving products and systems
Review project plans and assist in development of project scope, schedule, and resources
Draft situational assessments and problem statements
Formulate solution alternatives and prepare client deliverables
Assist with project staffing and scheduling, leading a small team of consultants
Direct clients and coordinate introductions to other Perr&Knight practice areas, as appropriate
What You'll Bring to the Table:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of five (5)years' experience in P&C insurance
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in business analyst, product management or product development
Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
Exceptional communication and reporting skills
Expert in working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Teams)
Knowledge of, and familiarity with, insurance products, insurance software applications (policy, billing and claims), insurance operations, and industry standards (e.g., standards promoted by NAIC, ISO, AAIS, NCCI, etc.)
Proficiency with workflow modeling
CPCU or equivalent a plus
