Job DescriptionKelly Services is currently seeking an exceptional Client Services Administrator. In this front office position, you are the face and voice of the Company and will exhibit a polished and professional representation of the organization. You must be outgoing, friendly and have a natural talent for customer service. You are to be diplomatic, a superb listener, a strategic problem-solver and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will have to provide exceptional general office support for a variety of clerical activities including answering incoming calls, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, recording notes, managing the reception area, and processing mail. An ideal candidate would desire to build and maintain strong, professional, and trusting relationships with the team and their clients and to advance within the company.RESPONSIBILITIES:Interact with clients, process client requests, and delegate duties to the advisor.Develop relationships with clients gaining recognition as a business partner/resource.Demonstrate flexibility in role and willingness to provide support to other team members.Answer a multi-line phone and direct/transfer calls.Greet, announce, and direct visitors.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including bulk client communication.Manage details of clients, prospects, vendors, and activities in a CRM system.Schedule client meetings, coordinate calendar, travel, and meeting logistics.Order office supplies.May also perform special projects as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:3+ years as an administrative assistant, or related customer service experience.Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, RedTail, etc.).Associates degree in a related discipline preferred.Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.Personal Skills:Personable and approachable with a positive attitude and a desire to delight clients.Desire to build and maintain professional, trusting relationships between both the team members and our clientsProfessional attitude, demeanor, and appearance.Desire to learn new skills and remain current with standards and technology.Professional Skills:Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Excellent verbal and written communication, including active listening.Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.Self-directed organization and time management in a multitasked environment.Handle confidential documents and information with discretion and in a professional manner.Technical Skills:Typing, technical writing, proof reading.MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).Web Applications (data entry and reporting).CRM Systems (Salesforce, RedTail.If you are interested in applying for this position, please apply at www.KellyCareerNetwork.com.Why Kelly ® ?At Kelly Services ® , we work with the best.
