Hotel is currently looking to hire front desk agent for day and night position. Looking for someone with hotel experience BUT willing to train the right person with excellent customer service skills.
Available shifts are 7am to 3pm, and 3pm to 11pm.
Front desk agents are responsible for the daily check in and check out of guests, taking reservations, handling calls, and taking charge of the front desk.
Hotel is looking for an outgoing, personable, knowledgeable, front desk agent, this individual is required to: demonstrate good computer skills; accurately handle cash and charges; stand for long periods of time; present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented. Should be able to efficiently multi-task and be able to work under pressure at times.
Keep in mind that front desk agents play a big role in first and last impression.
The hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. All employees are expected to work varying shifts including weekends.
Employees are required to adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies established by the management.
Looking to immediately hire, must be able to start asap!
Up to $13/ Hr compensation
