The Neptune Resort is currently seeking a Full Time Front Desk PM Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate has a positive and upbeat personality and is focused on exceeding guest expectations. Prior supervisor experience (1 year minimum) is required as well as strong communication skills and office administration skills.
Schedule: Varies based on business needs. Must be flexible. Available to work holidays and weekends.
The Front Desk PM Supervisor oversees all the departments of the hotel during their 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm front desk shift, and acts as the manager on duty when managers are not available. The Front Desk PM Supervisor is the direct supervisor of the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Engineering during their shifts. The Front Desk PM Supervisor responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing their needs to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all standards and policies.
