Job Description
Bianca's Ristorante is hiring a full time prep cook and full time line cook for our fast-paced, busy restaurant as part of a team. Candidate MUST have previous cooking experience in a restaurant setting. All our meals are cooked from scratch; knowledge of Italian food and it's various flavors and seasonings is desirable.
- Candidate must be able to properly cook & plate menu items to order as instructed by head cook
- Perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating of cooked items
- Daily prep work requiring various activities such as chopping, and mixing sauces and cooking items to be completed prior to opening
- Must be able to take direction
- Working holidays required
Must have reliable transportation and working cell phone. Pay commiserate with experience.
