Server Assistant- Part Time- DiamondHead Beach Resort
Responsible for assisting the servers in serving food and beverages to the guests. Assists with refilling beverage glasses, clearing and cleaning tables and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and other food & beverage common areas; removing all plates, cutlery and glassware; making sure all areas are neat and presentable for the next guest. Preparing tables for new guests by placing new cutlery, glassware, linens and plates. Conducts basic prep work behind the bar, including refilling ice bins and prepared drink machines, restocking liquor, cutting garnishes, and clearing away empty glasses and/or plates & silverware after guests departure. the servers in serving food and beverages to the guests. This position works directly with other team members to ensure that the guestsâ visit exceeds their expectations while ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations of FL state. A flexible schedule is required including days, nights, holidays and weekends as required. Previous experience in high volume and full-service Bar and/or Food & Beverage/Outlet preferred.
