We are a small, health-focused cafe seeking an awesome team member with availability for afternoon and evening hours.
Role includes:
-Operating cash register and providing friendly, attentive customer service
-Accurately preparing various menu items (raw juices, smoothies, teas, espresso-based coffee beverages, salads, wraps, smoothie bowls, etc.)
-Prepping/restocking ingredients for menu items throughout shift
-Following task lists to maintain proper workflow
-Basic cleaning activities (dish sanitizing, sweeping, etc.)
Barista qualifications:
-Professionalism, patience, and positive attitude with customers and other staff
-Extreme attention to detail and ability to multi-task with accuracy in a busy environment
-Efficiency, strong communication, and ability to work well within a team
-Patience in problem solving
-Previous coffee shop or juice/smoothie bar experience highly preferred
-Florida food handler certificate required within two weeks of beginning employment
