Who we are looking for:

A professional with at least 1 year of Human Resource, reception and Payroll experience, in the Home Health Field. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have high attention to detail; high ability to multitask; keep organized; work with and without supervision. Must be a great team player; positive behavior and most importantly eager to learn each day.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

This person will serve as our the first point of contact as the receptionist, will also be responsible for providing timely and professional support to the HR and Payroll staff as needed. In addition to other data entry tasks.

Requirements Qualifications:

Experience in Customer Service

Efficient in data entry

Efficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Excellent attention to detail

1 year of Human resources experience

1 year of Reception experience

1 year of Pay Roll experience (preferred)

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Answering phones, making phone calls, direct calls, take and delivering messages to staff

Greeting visitors

Ordering supplies

Assisting HR Manager with employee personnel files, compliance, recruitment, and hiring

Assist with Pay Roll duties such as, pay roll processing, verifying accuracy on time sheets, Accounts Payable and Account Receivables.
