Production Associate:
We are an established private label skin care company located in Naples FL, looking for an individual to fill a full-time position in our skin care production department.
Job Description:
Assist in the daily production requirements of private label skin care.
Perform packing, mixing, filling, fragrancing and labeling duties as needed.
Set-up and staging of materials and equipment needed for production purposes.
Assist with picking and filling sample orders efficiently and accurately.
Receive and stock supplies in an orderly manner that is up to our company standards.
Ensure that only quality products are shipped out and is up to our company standards.
Perform general cleaning and washing duties as needed (mixing tools, floors, tables, small equipment, etc.).
Practice safe work and identifies unsafe situations to the appropriate individuals.
Job Skills:
Displays reliability and punctuality.
Ability to organize multiple tasks at the same time and establish priorities (multi-tasking).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for longer periods of time.
Ability to remain motivated and engaged in the work.
Ability to work well within a team environment (team-oriented).
Ability to take direction from multiple people.
Willingness to learn about skin care and our specific product lines.
Knowledge of basic units of measure.
Good basic math skills.
Skill in oral and written communication.
Must be able to speak and read English.

HOURS: Monday through Friday -- 9am to 5pm or 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
