Administrative Assistant with phone responsibilities needed for Association Property Management Company to assist Community Managers. Assist with homeowner calls, prepare requested violation letters, process sales and leases, assist Managers with vendors, e-blast communications for communities, electronic file organization and other clerical duties as assigned. Must have computer experience, be dependable and have excellent organizational and people skills. Prior experience with Condo and HOA associations a plus. Please email resume.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm
Starting pay ranges $15-$17 per hour with full benefits
