Due to continued growth, we are in need of an HVAC service department dispatcher & scheduler. This is a full time, Monday - Friday position (8am-5pm). Previous dispatcher experience in HVAC is preferred, but, will consider relevant dispatch experience from other trades, as well.
Requirements:
Previous dispatcher & scheduler experience
Excellent customer service skills & demeanor
Excellent time management & organizational skills
Experience with Excel, Word, email & scheduling programs
Team player
Job Duties:
Schedule appointments and dispatch service calls
Order parts & complete warranty paperwork/claims
Answer calls from technicians and customers
Ability to communicate professionally & knowledgeably with
customers about repairs needed & collect money for repairs
Enter data with a high level of accuracy
Resolve issues in a calm and professional manner
