We are seeking an energetic, organized, personable, detail-oriented office personnel to join our organization.
You will coordinate various office tasks from answering the phone, assist in creating strategic market campaign, learn to utilize Xactimate & QuickBooks to pulling & running permits
Experience in Xactimate, preparing & submitting permits is a plus .
Being Bilingual in english & spanish is a plus.
Will train the right personnel -hard working & ambitious
Duties and Responsibilities
Answer phone Take detailed notes,document & forward to appropiate parties
Perform various clerical tasks as needed (file papers, organize supplies, etc.)
Take job notes and transcribe into email, document or spreadsheet form
Manage, sort, and dispense incoming mail and faxes
Prepare outgoing mail, faxes and packages
Set appointments, meetings, and conference calls
Suggest changes to office task workflow in order to improve efficiency
Maintain an organized work space at all times
Clean and tidy public office spaces
