Small Property Management office and Contractor looking for the perfect Administrative Assistant
A two person office in need of a second person who is smart & fast learning, an Admin Assistant who is unafraid to jump in and start training. The ideal applicant will bring structure with a good attitude, will take notes and will have a desire to learn all facets of the job and, of course, be willing to work hard. It is a fast paced office that can be extremely busy some days and very laid back on other days. The dress code is casual and management can be flexible once trust is established. We are open Monday-Friday, from 9am-5pm, but not necessarily in need of a full time person. We are looking to fill this position for 20-40 hours per week, depending on what the right candidate is looking for.
WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN- But we do prefer this person have general knowledge of the daily operations of an office, comfortable with all office equipment, familiar with MS Office to include Outlook and Excel, especially. And any knowledge of Quickbooks Online and bookkeeping practices would be extremely helpful as part of your job may indeed be the bookkeeping side. We are looking for a friendly attitude ALWAYS as you will build a rapport with owners and tenants alike. I personally find this job challenging, but fun at the same time.
