Growing E-commerce Business in need of team members for packing / shipping / receiving department.

Our business is focused on eCommerce sales on Amazon, Ebay, and Shopify platforms. We buy goods from all over the world and sell them under private label on these websites in very high volume.
What is the job?
We are looking for a motivated and energetic team member willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. That could mean loading and unloading shipping containers one day and the next day packing small parts into boxes for order fulfillment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be able to stand on your feet all day. Most work is done inside but the occasional warehouse and loading of trucks is required. Some of the daily tasks are (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
Receiving and entering goods into inventory
Quality control inspections on small fragile parts
Packing and shipping of goods
Printing labels
Inventory
Keeping the warehouse and packing room clean
Dropping off packages at UPS/FEDEX/USPS
What are the requirements for this position?
Self starter and highly motivated
Ability to lift heavy boxes up to 50lbs
EXTREMELY detail oriented
Ability to follow detailed instructions without deviation
Show up on time daily. Hrs are 10 to 5 Monday through Friday
Stand in 1 place for long periods of time
Reliable transportation
No criminal record
Drug free
Pay
$10 to $15 per hour Depending on experience
Operational hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 P.M
