Full-time, 40-hours guaranteed. No flat rate.
Must be experienced body technician for autos, trucks, motorhomes, or travel trailers.
Work hours are 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM, then 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Clean, friendly work environment. No smoking or cell phones while on the clock.
You will usually not do chassis work, painting, electrical and upholstery because we have other departments that do that. However, if you have those skills and will do the work then we will take that into consideration as a "plus".
We pay hourly, NOT flat rate. Hourly wage amount will be commensurate with verifiable experience, proof of training, certifications (if any), and proven productivity.
We guarantee 8-hours per day if you come to work on time, Monday through Friday.

Paid holidays on weekdays that we are closed after you have 90-days employment.
One-week paid vacation after 1-year, two-weeks paid vacation after 2-years and 3-weeks paid vacation after 5-years.
We pay half of the employee's Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida premium on our group health plan if the employee elects to enroll after 90-day waiting period.
We provide uniform shirts.
As a team player, you will be expected to cooperate with other employees, attend meetings and training, perform miscellaneous task that may not be your usual routine, assist with other employees' work and training.

Work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and you are welcome to arrive early if you want to enjoy your coffee, eat breakfast and socialize before you start work. Lunch break is from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Possible overtime during peak periods.
Compensation is negotiable and subject to proof of experience and recommendations from previous employers.
