Xpress Auto Transport currently has an opening for a local driver for a 7 car carrier . Monday through Friday, no weekends. Pay based on experience. We are a family oriented company. We only operate quality equipment . The terminal is on the Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte border . Drivers must maintain good hygiene, have a presentable appearance for customers, and speak & read English. The driver will pick up cars in Florida at various locations and bring them to the terminal. From the terminal the driver will take the units that are brought in by our OTR carriers to deliver to various locations.
Requirements are as follows:
1. Clean class A CDL
2. Up to date DOT medical card
3. Pass drug test
4. Possess or be able to obtain a TWIC card
5. Three years minimum car hauling experience
6. Have a reliable means of transportation to the terminal each day
