Complete correspondence, tracking and documents as directed. Monitor the applications and coordinate the interviewing process. Coordinate the prospective fellow’s participation in the GRECC Friday Noon Conference. Manage the New Innovations requirements, schedules and rotations. Provides guidance and support for the fellows on annual poster day and at conferences. Process the fellows’ on-boarding, timekeeping and termination and communication with VA Director’s office.Geriatric Clerkship Assistant Coordinator Manage the Clerkship online information and training materials as needed. Oversight and input provided for scheduling, support and communication to students. Update the online course web portal StudyCore, Serve as a liaison between faculty, sites, students, the College of Medicine, the program coordinator and the program director.Create, update, load and maintain on-call schedule on SpokExpected Salary:$35,000 - $53,000Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience with clerkship and fellowship support is preferred.
