JOIN US NOW!Our community has an opportunity for an Assistant Director of Nursing. Responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Nursing include:
Assisting in the recruitment and hiring of the nursing staff
Provides leadership to the nursing department
Monitors day-to-day departmental activities
Directs the nursing staff in the absence of the Director of Nursing
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing, licensed by the state where our facility is located (FL, IL or MO).
Supervisory experience is a positive.
Basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn applicable software.
Must be able to relate positively and favorably to customers, families, and to work cooperatively with employees at all levels.
Must be able to communicate effectively with nursing team, as well as direct the team approach as needed.
Demonstrates understanding of state and federal regulations that govern the practice of the facility.
