This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with no on-call or weekend duties, and weekly pay.
Requirements:
1+ year of handyman/maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance care
Own a set of basic hand tools
Reliable transportation to and from the property
Ability to work independently
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
HVAC/EPA/CPO CERTIFICATIONS ARE A PLAUS
