JOURNEYMAN PAINTER! IMMEDIATE OPENING:
Full time with full benefits after 90 days.
Must have reliable transportation, own truck/van to be able to transport painting materials and paint at our various properties. Current car insurance and drivers license a must. Able to lift 50+ lbs.
Know how to work with various sprayers, masonry and metals, be able to stain woodwork and match paint colors to existing colors. Other construction abilities such as plastering is desirable. Maintenance skills a plus.
