We are a growing Title Company that is looking for a talented, energetic person to grow with us as a Title Processor in our Gainesville office.¨¨ Our office is unconventional, in that we truly function as a team, and help, support and motivate each other as we provide our clients exemplary service.

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:¨- Order, review and disclose matters on surveys, sales contracts, insurance certificates, pest inspections, estoppels, and other closing related services
- Examine and clear requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions for compliance status¨- Provide frequent communication with Realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers and clients to ensure quick and accurate transactions¨- Prepare Closing Statements, deeds, escrow agreements and other settlement documents¨- Review all files before, during and after the closings to ensure accuracy
¨Title processor or law firm experience preferred, but not required. Our ideal candidate will be extremely organized and possess the following:
- 2+ years of experience in an office environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments while delivering quality work product
