Property management company seeking a full-time assistant property manager. Minimum 3 years experience in apartment rental office environment required. Preferred candidates will have working knowledge and experience in leasing, collection, work order management, apartment turn over, and other relevant daily rental office/ admin operations. Ideal candidates will be well-rounded, outgoing individuals, experienced, organized, and self-motivated with strong communication and computer skills (including property management software), and the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and follow through in a fast paced environment. Candidates must also have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
This is full-time position with a high degree of responsibility within a rental community of less than 150 one- to three-bed apartments.
