Call Center Agent:
A growing company is looking for qualified local candidates to join our call center as a Customer Service Representative. Looking for extroverted candidates to handle inbound calls, ticketing system as well as chat with the highest degree of professionalism. $12/hr starting rate
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Answers customer/client requests or inquiries concerning products, general questions, and existing orders via phone, chat & tickets.
Responsible for improving customer retention through high service level provided to the customer
Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Customer ServiceExcellent personality and professionalism; exceptional understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Written and Verbal Communication SkillsConveys written information clearly and effectively through both formal and informal platforms.
Problem SolvingGenerates effective solutions to problems, considering unique aspects of situations, negotiating compromises, suggesting alternative solutions, and balancing business needs with individual needs.
Reliability Proven track record of solid attendance
