We are seeking a flexible & customer service -oriented OFFICE ADMIN & SALES ASSISTANT to work at auto dealer / repair shop. Job duties include secretarial phone duties, filing, sales assistance & contract preparation, checking insurance & reports, occasional driving to/from DMV (MUST have valid license), etc. Should be available M-F 8 to 5 Sat 9 - 5 although SOME of stated hrs may be subject to rotation. (Possibility of working at slightly less than full hours can be discussed)
