Job Title: Office Assistant/Receptionist
The Master's Lawn Care is currently seeking a part-time Office Assistant whose responsibilities will include:
Act as the first point of contact to clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Greet all visitors and callers, handling their inquiries promptly and directing them to the appropriate team member according to their needs.
Scheduling sales appointments and maintaining calendars.
Receiving customer inquiry emails and responding in an expedient manner.
Perform follow up calls for prospective clients, existing clients and completed work.
Post completed work production.
Clerical duties as needed to include scanning and filing.
Must be available Monday 7 AM - 2 PM and Tues - Thurs 9 AM - 2 PM
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexible and work well in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and strong general computer knowledge
Strong organization skills

To qualify a candidate must be drug free and be able to pass a pre-employment background check. This is a part time position. Compensation: $13-$14 per hour.
