RAMS is seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team !
You will perform activities in recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.
We are looking for a strong recruiter with construction staffing experience.
We require someone that can find qualified candidates, conduct Drug Screens and Background checks.
Our recruiters are also responsible for filling our orders with quality candidates.
Responsibilities:
-Screen, recruit and interview potential employees
-On-boarding / Employment Applications.
-Implement company culture, values, and policies
-Provide management with requested reports and documents
-Coordinate Interviews.
-Accurately maintain employee files.
-Conduct Payroll
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
-Knowledge of labor and employment laws
-Ability to build rapport with all employees
-Strong organizational skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
