We have an oppening for an On Site Property Manager to oversee a 60 unit apartment complex.
- Property Management experience
- Basic understanding of lease terms
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with AppFolio Property Management Software preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Be very detail-oriented, able to handle multiple renovation projects at any given time, extremely professional, and customer service oriented.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and within a team
- Understanding of federal, state and local fair housing laws and provisions
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all rental collections including any delinquent accounts
- Ability to assist with all correspondence/communications with tenants and vendors
- Advertisement and marketing of vacant rental units
- Maintains make-ready process
- Answers phones and greets guests
- Maintains and sends a daily work report of all repairs/renovations made throughout the day to corporate office
- Supervise all on-site personnel and vendors
- Oversee all work orders and follow up until completion
- Shops competitive properties periodically
- Work on special projects or duties assigned by Senior Property Manager
