We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to expand our operations. As a member of the C4 Connections team, you will be helping introduce telecommunication services, to residential customers in emerging markets while managing further sales teams.

As a sales manager, you will be responsible for:

Helping to create a sales and marketing strategy in support of residential telecommunication campaign

Recruiting, training and maintaining a productive D2D sales team

Becoming a product and technical expert on the product suite

Providing timely follow-up to customer requests requiring additional investigation or multi-department resources

Recognizing, rewarding and motivating staff

Ensuring retention of sales teams

Complying with all ethical policies and procedures while conducting company business

Requirements

Successful candidates should demonstrate the following:

1-3 years proven direct/D2D sales experience

An aptitude to recruit, train and lead a sales team

The ability to effectively communicate with customers/clients/teammates

A desire to work and contribute in a team-based environment

Excellent communication skills and follow through
