Gator Solutions is a fast growing Gainesville-based construction company, specializing in the contracting and management of residential and commercial construction, as well as self-performance on all carpentry and general trades. We're looking for experienced crew members who would like to join our team and start (or resume) a career in an exciting, fast-paced and lucrative industry.
Employment benefits include health insurance, accidental insurance, 401(k) with matching up to 3%, paid holidays, weekly paychecks, annual fishing trips, and paid vacation. Typical hours are 7am - 4pm, Monday-Friday with a high potential of overtime & weekend hours.
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on skills and experience.

Open Positions:
1) Trim Carpenter - Must be experienced in door installation, base, window and door casing/sills, crown molding and cabinets.
2) Commercial Carpenter or Installer - Must be experienced in bathroom accessories, toilet partitions, in-wall blocking, and hanging commercial doors.
3) Jack-of-all Tradesman - Must be experienced in multiple carpentry and/or construction scopes including drywall, framing, trim, cabinet install, flooring, various stages of home remodeling, etc.
All positions require:
- Previous experience with work examples and/or professional references.
- Ability to pass written and performance test.
- Must be able to read blueprints.
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
- Know how to use e-mail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends if and when needed.
- Ability to pass random drug tests.
- Must pass full background screening.
