Job Description:
Serve as part of a team of IT professionals engaged in implementation and design of largescale business process management (BPM) systems working in a distributed development environment
Implement best development practices to gain maximum productivity from the team
Involve in the meetings with development team in order to discuss the architecture planning of the application
Design code and implement the code to support the provider lookup that is being implanted for process automation
Convert business requirements into high level business process designs using Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) or other BPM tools
Studying the requirements and preparing the design documents using RPA (Robotics Process Automation) and PEGA Case cycle methodology for the integrations identified
Talking to business their lead to understand the further process that can be automated for their process
Go through and understand the new products released by the Pega and develop POC for business team
Design, engineer and implement highly complex systems within PRPC
Implement Pega Robotics Automation code in Cigna by using tool Pega Robotics Studio (Openspan Studio)
Develop code to automate complex process to navigate web applications and mainframe
Develop code with best practices according to Pega and have it reusable to have it implement it all over organization
Work with offshore development team from onsite as needed
Set guidelines to work on the best work practices and standards to adopt and follow
Conducting regular short status meetings for the entire team helps to improve collaboration and coordination
Working with offshore team members to help communicate with each other in order to resolve issues in a timely manner
Have Agile development environment to promote autonomy, trust, and flexibility
Serve as a technical resource on product features and technical implementation development
Design and develop Pega Robotics automations/project deliverables accordingly
